Vandalism
An email was sent to all owners on or about October 18 advising the Board was contacted by a homeowner from Boyette Farms with information about vandalism that has taken place in their community. We believe the same individuals are responsible for similar acts of vandalism in our community. The information is repeated below:

Updating eMail Addresses
The Board believes the Internet is a reliable and important means of communication. The Board maintains a list of email addresses and needs to update this list.
- A "test" email will be sent on November 12 from achoafl@yahoo.com to every email address we have on file.
- If you receive the email and are satisfied with the address we have on file no action is necessary.
- If you do not receive the email and want to provide the Board with a current email address please respond to achoafl@yahoo.com or pass the information on to any Board member.
- If you do not use the Internet and need mail or hand delivery of Board communications please let us know.
Property Maintenance
Please take a few minutes to clean your mailbox! Dirt, Mold, and Mildew on your mailbox can be quickly removed with bleach - and any product that contains bleach should also work.
Trees and shrubs should not block the sidewalk. Please trim all trees and shrubs on your property to not block the sidewalk and to allow for at least a 7 foot clearance above the sidewalk.
