Roll call: Denise Briggs, President, Claire Martinez, Vice-President, Cliff Reiss, Treasurer, Marci Martin, Alternate. Absent – Secretary Debbie August-Wise. Minutes to be taken by Clifford Reiss, Treasurer.

• Reading of previous meeting minutes – waived
• Vote on appointment of new members of the Arbitration Committee. Motion my Marci Martin to appoint Heather Zerby and Karen Knowles. Second Clifford Reiss. All present voted to approve
• Discussion of violations and fines to be levied against owners of properties

• Motion to approve hiring of Michael Wise to handle retention pond maintenance was made on January 14, 2009 by Clifford Reiss, seconded by Marci Martin, approved by Reiss, Martin, Briggs, Martinez with Debbie Wise abstaining. Motion read into the minutes.
• January 2009, February 2009, March 2009, April 2009 Financials read and accepted. Motion by Marci Martin, second by Claire Martinez, all present voted in favor
• ACC report provided by Claire Martinez. Motion to accept report by Clifford Reiss, second by Marci Martin, all present voted to approve,
• Motion by Clifford Reiss to establish a Petty Cash fund of $50.00 – the Treasurer will reconcile monthly and include in the financials. Second by Marci Martin. All present voted to approve.
