Meeting called to order at 7:07pm by Denise Briggs, President

 

Roll call: Debbie August-Wise, Secretary, Claire Martinez, Vice-President, Denise Briggs, President, Cliff Reiss, Treasurer, Marci Martin, Alternate

 

 

 

 

Issue I: Article II, Section 13(b) of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Aberdeen Creek – 41 members voted in favor to pass the said amendment and 4 members voted against the said amendment. 7 members did not vote.

Denise Briggs motioned to accept

Cliff Reiss – second the motion

Marci Martin – Aye

Claire Martinez – Aye

Debbie August-Wise – Aye

Issue I: Passed with 78.85% of the reported votes

Issue II: Article V, Section 1 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Aberdeen Creek – 41 members voted in favor to pass the said amendment and 4 members voted against the said amendment. 7 members did not vote.

Issue III: Passed with 82.69% of the reported votes

Issue IV: Article V, Section 8 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Aberdeen Creek – 39 members voted in favor to pass the said amendment and 6 members voted against the said amendment. 7 members did not vote.

Issue: V Article VII, Section 15 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Aberdeen Creek – 35.5 members voted in favor to pass the said amendment and 9.5 members voted against the said amendment. 7 members did not vote.

39 members voted in favor to pass the said bylaw and 6 members voted against the said bylaw. 7 members did not vote.
