Special Meeting Minutes

April 27, 2009

Meeting called to order at 7:07 PM by Denise Briggs, President

Roll call: Debbie August-Wise, Secretary, Claire Martinez, Vice-President, Denise Briggs, President, Cliff Reiss, Treasurer, Marci Martin, Alternate – all present

This meeting is for shed amendment only

Proof of Notice, 1 set of completed amendments and meeting minutes are needed to be scanned and sent to Tisha Green, P.A. with Bush Ross.

Issue Amendment to be changed as follows:

Issue I: Article VII, Section 6 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Aberdeen Creek – 37 members casting 37-1/2 votes voted in favor to pass the said amendment and 3 members casting 3 votes voted against the said amendment. 11 members did not vote.

Denise Briggs motioned to accept

Cliff Reiss – second the motion

Marci Martin – Aye

Claire Martinez – Aye

Debbie August-Wise – Aye

Issue I: Passed with 72.1% of the reported votes

The meeting was adjourned at 7:16 PM, motion made by Denise Briggs, President,
