ANNUAL MEETING INFORMATION
All Owners should receive a mailing with the Annual Members Meeting notice
at least 2 weeks before the meeting. Also included in the mailing will be
a Proxy form to vote for the next years Board (the proxy is to be sent in if you are not
attending the meeting in person) and a copy of the next year's proposed
budget. The new Board will vote to approve the budget at the Board Meeting that immediately
follows the Annual Members Meeting.
As an owner if you have not received this mailing you should contact the Management Company
immediately for a replacement copy.
If the Title Company that handled the closing for a new owner did not provide
the Management Company with a copy of the Deed the owner address on file for that
property may not have been updated. If you do not receive the Annual Meeting notice
contact the Management Company immediately to check that your contact information is up to date.
