Architectural Control Committee Policies and Forms

The Architectural Committee has put in place the following policies, procedures & forms
to facilitate a smooth and consistent process for any changes that
affect the appearance of homes and property within our community.
The neighbors within our community are always improving the appearance of their properties
and everyone has done an excellent job maintaining their properties.
The appearance of our properties has a direct bearing on property values.
These policies and procedures are a guide to the the process and paperwork that is required
as authorized pursuant to the community Deed Restrictions in our Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions
documents and Amendments.

ACC Documents

House Re-Painting

A Color Book of approved color combinations for the repainting of homes should be used when selecting colors.
The Management Company has the 2 Color Books - contact them to check out (borrow) a copy
Owners are reminded that repainting of homes requires ACC approval if the colors will be changed.
Color combinations used must conform to those in the approved Color Book unless the Board approves a variance.
To request a new color combination send in an ACC Request. Colors selected should be different than the colors of adjacent homes.
Inland Homes originally used Duron brand paint - this brand was taken over by Sherwin-Williams
and the Color Book has been updated to use current Sherwin-Williams paints.
The Board has received excellent service from our local
Sherwin-Williams Paint store at 7221 US Highway 301, Riverview Florida
