    This is the HOA "company number" - used if we have to have work done in the future so that buried lines can be marked.
    If doing work where digging is required call 811 and the county sends out all companies to mark their buried lines.

  • Both Sign and Column Lights Controlled by Photocell as of 07-16-2018
    ...to test lights cover photocell with a strip of black tape or black cloth for 2+ minutes
  • Sign Light Fixtures replaced 10/28/2017 - one broken fixture repaired 5/18/2022
  • Sign Light Bulbs are LED's - all 4 bulbs replaced 05/21/2022; NE bulb replace 08/16/2024
  • Transformer for Sign Lights now controlled by Column Light Photocell
  • Timer portion has "on" "off" tabs removed and must be left "on"
    ..to test if "on" cover photocell for 2+ minutes and check lights
  • Column Light Bulbs are 60 Watt equivalent LED's
  • --- EAST COLUMN: Replaced 8/23/2024
  • --- WEST COLUMN: Replaced 8/23/2024
  • --- MIDDLE COLUMN: Replaced 8/23/2024
  • West Column Socket rusted - held in place with plumbers putty - March 2018
  • East Column Socket rusted - held in place with Stucco patch 08/23/2024. Top Cover North bolt rusted / loose - will need replacement in future (3/6/19)
  • West Column Top Cover bent (East side) - serviceable but a future concern (2/22/2022)
  • Center Column Socket rusted - held in place with Stucco patch 05/23/2024
